Job Description

A Valuation Consultant is responsible for conducting valuations of businesses, assets, and other investments. They provide valuable advice and support to clients regarding the worth of their assets and investments, helping them to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform appraisals and valuations on a variety of asset types.
• Draft comprehensive reports that track valuation methodologies and findings.
• Evaluate market conditions and economic indicators that affect valuations.
• Maintain and build client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in the training and development of junior valuation staff.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or RICS

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a valuation or related field
