Job Description

As a Guide Changer, you will play an integral role in enhancing the visitor experience by providing assistance and information to tourists. Your responsibilities will include adapting audio guides to meet the specific needs of our guests while ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed. You will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and offer guidance throughout their tours.
  • Adjust audio guide settings according to diverse language requests.
  • Share insightful knowledge of local culture and history.
  • Assist in ensuring a seamless experience for tourists.
  • Promote upcoming tours and events to visitors.
  • Support the marketing team with feedback and observations.
  • Collect visitor feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed on local attractions.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote tourism opportunities.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with guests.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tourism or hospitality roles.
