Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Tourist Agent to join our team. The Tourist Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with planning and organizing their travel itineraries. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of tourist destinations and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages and accommodations.
• Provide detailed information on local customs and regulations.
• Manage the entire booking process, including flights, hotels, and excursions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
• Stay updated with current travel trends and regulations.
• Work closely with vendors to secure the best rates for clients.
• Coordinate travel logistics and documentation.
• Assist clients with post-travel queries and feedback.
• Promote special offers and travel packages to potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Travel and Tourism is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a travel agency or similar role is an asset.
