Job Description

As a Flight Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication between crews and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and experience in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor flight status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between pilots, crew, and ground staff.
  • Ensure all pre-flight checks and compliance measures are met.
  • Assist with crew scheduling and management of resources.
  • Upskill and train new staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in flight coordination or aviation operations
