Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Director to oversee our healthcare projects in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical operations, a passion for healthcare improvement, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives within clinical operations to maximise efficiency.
• Identify new opportunities for improvement in patient care through data analysis.
• Support the implementation of new clinical systems and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international healthcare regulations.
• Provide expert advice on clinical practices and policies to senior management.
• Drive change management initiatives that promote service enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay ahead of trends.
• Support the training and development of clinical staff.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities to encourage collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• At least 7 years' experience in clinical operations, with a focus on leadership roles.
