Responsibilities
Lead transformation initiatives within clinical operations to maximise efficiency.
Identify new opportunities for improvement in patient care through data analysis.
Support the implementation of new clinical systems and technologies.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international healthcare regulations.
Provide expert advice on clinical practices and policies to senior management.
Drive change management initiatives that promote service enhancements.
Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay ahead of trends.
Support the training and development of clinical staff.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities to encourage collaboration.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or relevant discipline
Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
At least 7 years' experience in clinical operations, with a focus on leadership roles.
