Job Description

As a Forest Supervisor, you will manage and oversee the daily operations of our forests. You will ensure the area is well-maintained, supervise forest rangers, and prioritize the safety of visitors. Your role is vital in balancing ecological sustainability with public enjoyment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sustainable practices in all forest operations.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance biodiversity within the forest.
  • Monitor forest conditions and adjust management practices as necessary.
  • Represent the forestry team in meetings with environmental agencies.
  • Assist in developing public awareness campaigns on forest conservation.
  • Utilize GIS software for mapping and planning purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Forestry or Environmental Management is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous
