Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Instrument Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team in maintaining and servicing critical instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in instrument maintenance, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance practices.
  • Develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of instruments.
  • Implement improvements to maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting for maintenance expenses.
  • Oversee the installation of new instruments and equipment.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Instrumentation or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory role within instrument maintenance
