Microsystems Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Microsystems Engineer to focus on integrating microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) into electronic devices. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise to the team, driving quality and performance in innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MEMS integration processes to enhance product functionality.
• Liaise with various teams to troubleshoot integration issues and drive improvement.
• Conduct experiments and simulations to validate the performance of MEMS components.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Innovate and propose new integration techniques to improve production efficiency.
• Monitor quality control standards and compliance in all integration processes.
• Support training initiatives for new engineers and technicians within the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts across engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in MEMS integration or a related field
