Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team in London. The Treatment Coordinator will coordinate patient treatment plans, ensure efficiency in scheduling, and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient treatment plans and ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
  • Educate patients about their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide support throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or training in dental assisting or a related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Dental practice management software
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting: Previous work experience in a similar environment is highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and billing processes: Familiarity with handling insurance claims and patient billing procedures.
  • Bilingual abilities: Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
