As a Retail Manager in London, you will oversee daily operations of our store, driving team performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role entails leading a dedicated team, managing stock levels, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the retail team to achieve targets.

• Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the store.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate recruitment and training for new staff.
• Manage budgets and ensure optimal cost control measures.
• Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
• Engage with customers to enhance shopping experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in Retail or Business Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably in a similar sector
