Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Glasgow-based team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO principles, Google algorithms, and the latest trends in digital marketing. As an SEO Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze website performance and SEO metrics.
• Create comprehensive SEO reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify SEO opportunities across various digital channels.
• Audit and optimize existing content for improved performance.
• Engage in A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
• Support PPC campaigns with SEO insights.
• Train and mentor junior SEO staff and interns.
• Manage relationships with external SEO agencies.
• Conduct competitor SEO analyses to inform strategy.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration for cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SEO/SEM
