Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our project teams and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of construction milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor overall project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in developing project proposals and scope of work.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Provide mentoring and training to junior project staff.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contracts.
  • Develop strategies to enhance project sustainability and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • MBA in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in supervisory roles within construction
