We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Consultant to join our Belfast office. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UK taxation laws and will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while identifying tax planning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored tax compliance and advisory services.
• Assist in structuring documentation to support tax positions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation legislation.
• Prepare deliverables for client meetings and financial reviews.
• Participate in client briefing sessions for tax-related issues.
• Facilitate smooth tax audits by ensuring documentation is in order.
• Implement process improvements within the tax advisory function.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Taxation are an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in tax roles with direct client interaction
