Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Usability Testing
• Interactive Design
• Visual Design

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Certified Interaction Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong skills in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile processes and ability to work in sprints.
