We're on the lookout for a Digital Content Manager in Belfast who will be instrumental in crafting and overseeing our content strategy. This role involves developing captivating content, optimising our digital presence, and driving engagement through innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the tone, voice, and style of the content produced.
• Run A/B tests to optimise content performance.
• Develop relationships with influencers and thought leaders to enhance content reach.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.
• Integrate feedback from various stakeholders into content strategies.
• Manage a team of content creators, freelancers, and interns.
• Create content that resonates with diverse target audiences.
• Revise and optimise existing content to improve performance.
• Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives.
• Participate in promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or content management
