Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and manufacturing processes. You will apply engineering principles to design and implement systems that enhance efficiency and productivity while ensuring quality control. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess current operational processes, and identify improvements through data analysis and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Create process documentation and flowcharts to illustrate improvements.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline workflows.
• Support the introduction of new products and processes within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on new methodologies and practices.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate performance against targets and suggest enhancements.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to drive productivity and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to implement data analysis tools and systems.
• Engage in regular reporting to senior management on project progress and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
