Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online retail strategies. The successful candidate will be adept at driving sales through innovative marketing techniques and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for e-commerce performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage budget allocations for e-commerce initiatives effectively.
  • Drive traffic to the website through strategic partnerships and affiliations.
  • Implement loyalty and referral programs to boost customer retention.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Create an engaging shopping experience through UI/UX enhancements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Master’s degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an E-commerce role with a focus on driving sales
