Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and engage in health education and support.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in nursing rounds and contribute to care discussions.
  • Document nursing care and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Support patients emotionally and provide reassurance.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in acute care settings
