We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will support our dentists in delivering outstanding patient care while ensuring the practice operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance during dental surgeries.
• Perform radiographic procedures and obtain necessary X-rays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments for patients.
• Engage with patients to build rapport and address their needs.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing or equivalent
• Further education in oral health promotion is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a general dental practice or similar environment.

Technical Skills

• X-ray procedures

Certifications

• Dental Nurse Registration
• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
