Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centric design principles, with the ability to transform ideas into beautiful and functional digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch design solutions that meet user needs and enhance product usability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to create interactive prototypes.
• Analyze user flows and recommend design improvements.
• Ensure responsive design principles are applied across platforms.
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior designers.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product features.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences
