Job Description

We are seeking an Education Program Specialist to lead and develop our educational initiatives at Kingswood. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational programme development and a passion for promoting learning excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of educational strategies that align with our mission.
• Work closely with the Director of Education to ensure compliance with educational standards.
• Facilitate workshops and training opportunities for continuous staff development.
• Engage with external partners to foster educational collaboration.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate programme outcomes.
• Support the integration of technology in teaching and learning.
• Advocate for student-centred educational practices across the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational programme management
