Job Description
As an Education Training Manager at Kingswood, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our training programmes. You will oversee the development and delivery of training initiatives aimed at educators and support staff, ensuring that our offerings are both impactful and aligned with educational standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training department.
- Ensure training materials are updated and relevant.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among trainers.
- Participate in community outreach and partnership efforts.
- Develop online training modules to complement in-person sessions.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
- Promote Kingswood's training initiatives through various channels.
- Support trainers in their professional development.
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Education, Training, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership is a plus
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in training or educational consultancy
