Job Description

As a Corrosion Engineer, you will be pivotal in assessing and mitigating corrosion-related issues in various materials and structures. Your expertise will enable you to develop preventive strategies, conduct thorough inspections, and provide technical guidance to ensure the durability and integrity of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corrosion assessments for new projects and existing installations.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic solutions.
  • Use advanced software tools for corrosion modelling and analysis.
  • Identify and resolve corrosion-related challenges in a timely manner.
  • Foster a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international corrosion standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a corrosion engineering capacity.
