We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal advice, assist in contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice across multiple departments.
  • Draft and revise corporate documents, including bylaws and resolutions.
  • Review marketing materials for compliance with advertising laws.
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions processes as needed.
  • Advise on employment law matters and employee contracts.
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
  • Support the development of internal training programs related to legal matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualified Solicitor/Barrister in England and Wales
  • LLM or equivalent advanced law degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law or commercial litigation
