Job Description

As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT support team, ensuring excellent service delivery and resolving technical issues efficiently. This role requires a hands-on leader who can implement effective support strategies while fostering a positive working environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles
