Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing clinical trials, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders involved throughout the research process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical studies.
  • Ensure all trial activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the clinical trial process.
  • Generate and maintain study-related documents, including regulatory submissions.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee data collection and management activities.
  • Support the training and onboarding of site personnel involved in clinical trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Health Sciences or Medical Research
Experience
  • 3+ years in a clinical project management role

Certifications
