Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include managing patient records, coordinating schedules, and overseeing administrative staff. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of healthcare services to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors related to healthcare services.
  • Support the Operations Manager in strategic planning and execution.
  • Evaluate and improve administrative processes for better patient care.
  • Develop training manuals and orient new staff.
  • Ensure the maintenance of medical equipment and office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning community health events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or Business
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
