Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy and enhance customer engagement. You'll be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing initiatives, optimising the e-commerce platform, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set KPIs for the e-commerce team and align with broader company objectives.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Review and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Create training materials for staff on e-commerce best practices and software.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company and network with peers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or related fields
Technical Skills
  • Email Marketing Software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
