We are seeking a proactive Retail Operations Lead to oversee and enhance our store operations in Bristol. The successful candidate will manage team performance, ensure a high standard of customer engagement, and contribute to driving sales growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Retail Operations is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in retail operations
