This role involves leading multi-channel campaigns, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead advertising project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, including timelines and budgets.
• Review and approve creative work to ensure client expectations are met.
• Engage with clients to capture feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and manage project costs.
• Implement best practices for project management and team development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Organise and facilitate client meetings and presentations.
• Develop proposals and pitches for new advertising projects.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency setting preferred
