Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. In this role, you will develop and implement our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. You will be responsible for creating relevant content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and implement comprehensive social media campaigns.
  • Generate fresh and engaging content while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on social media metrics.
  • Maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for cross-promotion and content sharing.
  • Educate team members on best practices in social media management.
  • Experiment with new formats and platforms to expand the brand's reach.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
