Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Flight Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing flight schedules, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and liaising with flight crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-flight briefings and debriefings with pilots and crews.
• Evaluate flight performance and recommend optimisations.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in flight operations.
• Implement best practices for efficient flight scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in aviation management are desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in flight operations or aviation logistics
