Responsibilities
Order and manage pharmaceutical supplies and equipment.
Perform medication reconciliation to prevent errors.
Provide expert advice on over-the-counter medications.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote health.
Document all patient interactions and interventions in compliance with policies.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Pharmacy
Experience
Must hold a valid GPhC registration with a minimum of 1 year experience in pharmacy practice.
