Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and medication management to join our Birmingham team. You will play a critical role in advising patients, managing prescriptions, and ensuring medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage pharmaceutical supplies and equipment.
• Perform medication reconciliation to prevent errors.
• Provide expert advice on over-the-counter medications.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions in compliance with policies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy

Experience

• Must hold a valid GPhC registration with a minimum of 1 year experience in pharmacy practice.
