Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling support to clients.
• Facilitate and manage group therapy sessions.

• Evaluate patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Participate in training and workshops to remain current in substance abuse treatment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Qualification in psychology, social work, or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a healthcare setting or with substance abuse treatment is preferred.
