Job Description

We are in search of dedicated Nursing Assistants, referred to as Nurse Sitters, who are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients. You will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the attention and support they need in either home or healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one care and companionship to patients in home or healthcare settings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient status to the healthcare team.
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Ensure patients have mobility assistance as needed.
  • Create a calming environment for patients, enhancing their comfort.
  • Record vital signs and maintain detailed patient records.
  • Support families by providing updates on patients' conditions.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to patient care.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve patient care skills.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as directed by the Care Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid Nursing License or equivalent qualification
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
