Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Plymouth. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a range of settings, utilize your clinical skills to assess and treat patients, and work closely with our multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat chronic and acute health problems.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies.
  • Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.
  • Lead patient care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate degree in Nursing or related field
  • Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary care setting
