Job Description

As a House Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing medical care to patients within a hospital setting. You will work closely with senior medical staff, conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. Your ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day patient care under supervision.
  • Participate actively in theatre or clinical procedures.
  • Provide patient education and support regarding their health conditions.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals for effective medication management.
  • Attend departmental meetings and contribute to service development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
Experience
  • Prior experience in a hospital environment preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with medical equipment

Certifications
  • GMC registration
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
