Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health and make appropriate clinical decisions.
  • Provide consultations to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and in real-time.
  • Educate individuals and groups about health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in the field of nursing to provide the best possible care.
  • Manage patient referrals and coordinate specialist consultations.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate degree in Nursing or related field
  • Specialization in Family Medicine is advantageous
Experience
  • Over 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
