Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our vibrant team in Swansea. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

  • Check prescriptions for accuracy and legality before dispensing medications.
  • Provide medication therapy management and consult with patients about their medication regimens.
  • Ensure the pharmacy is compliant with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement services that improve patient health outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and care to all patients.
  • Participate in health promotion activities within the community.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on pharmaceutical practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or relevant field
  • PhD in Pharmacy is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a pharmacist preferred
