Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Technician to support our clinical team and ensure high standards of patient care. The successful candidate will assist with various medical procedures, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional support to both patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support patient examinations and diagnostic procedures.
  • Ensure all patient information is handled according to confidentiality regulations.
  • Assist in preparing patients for surgery or other procedures.
  • Engage with patients to provide emotional support and reassurance.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisors.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects within the team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff.
  • Help coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare Support or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Advantageous
