Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, combined with a strong understanding of branding, typography, and colour theory. You will work on various projects, from digital marketing assets to print materials.

Responsibilities

• Produce original graphics and illustrations.
• Adapt and refine designs based on input from the creative team.
• Work with printers and vendors to ensure final products meet specifications.
• Participate in design critiques to enhance creativity and skill.
• Maintain an organised library of design files and assets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master’s degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency

Certifications

• Graphic Design Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
