We are currently seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Nottingham team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of our urban landscape, ensuring safety and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering solutions for complex civil projects.
• Analyse technical drawings and surveys to guide construction processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and support during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Research and integrate new engineering technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering with leadership experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD)
• Site Management

Certifications

• Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Public Works Projects: Experience in managing or contributing to public works projects.
