Job Description
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Parking Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe parking environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the parking flow to ensure efficient service.
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Monitor vehicle security and report any suspicious activities.
Assist in training new valet staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
Keep track of keys and maintain accurate logs of vehicle check-ins.
Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in valet parking services is advantageous.
