Parking Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Parking Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe parking environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parking flow to ensure efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Monitor vehicle security and report any suspicious activities.
• Assist in training new valet staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
• Keep track of keys and maintain accurate logs of vehicle check-ins.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in valet parking services is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Luxury Services: Prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment is beneficial.
• First Aid Certification: Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.
