Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications lines and equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage multiple telecommunications installation tasks simultaneously.
  • Provide feedback on equipment performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
  • Conduct routine inspections of installed lines to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist with emergency response and repairs as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of safety and respect within the team.
  • Ensure all work complies with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
  • Document and report any incidents or near misses promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training in telecommunications or related fields preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within telecommunications
