Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehousing operations in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse processes, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehousing operation to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct audits and physical stock counts as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for seamless logistics.
• Implement best practices for continuous improvement in operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management

• Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
