Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment and therapy to a diverse clientele, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychological assessments to diagnose clients accurately.
  • Create and execute individualised treatment plans.
  • Liaise with external agencies as necessary for integrated client care.
  • Document client progress reports and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Engage in the supervision and training of junior staff.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Support research initiatives aimed at improving mental health services.
  • Deliver training sessions on mental health awareness to staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy)
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in mental health services.

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Certifications
  • HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist
  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Certified
