Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of our healthcare facility, focusing on maintaining high standards of patient care and efficient management processes. You will play a key role in coordinating healthcare services and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to align on service improvements.
  • Manage departmental budgets and monitor financial reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments.
  • Lead quality assurance and improvement projects.
  • Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement solutions.
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and staff within the organisation.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Services
  • Master's in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare settings, particularly in administration roles.
