We are seeking a creative and passionate Instructional Designer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing engaging learning solutions that cater to various learning styles. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and evaluating instructional materials and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Implement collaborative learning techniques to enhance student interaction and engagement.
• Integrate assessment strategies to evaluate learner progress and programme efficacy.
• Utilize best practices in e-learning to create engaging and interactive online content.
• Support faculty and staff in the utilisation of instructional technologies.
• Develop instructional videos and multimedia elements to enhance lesson delivery.
• Attend professional development and training sessions to advance instructional design skills.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and improve online learning platforms.
• Contribute to the development of institutional policies related to instructional design and pedagogy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design or relevant educational roles
