As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing supply chain operations from procurement to delivery. Your focus will be on optimising logistics and ensuring efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain management and be able to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align supply chain objectives.
• Evaluate suppliers' performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
• Supervise warehousing, distribution, and inventory management processes.
• Prepare reports on supply chain activities and performance to senior management.
• Manage risk in the supply chain and implement contingency plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within supply chain management
