Capsule Maker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Capsule Maker to join our team. As a Capsule Maker, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately producing capsules for our pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while operating machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of capsule production processes and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior staff on capsule filling techniques and equipment operations.
• Implement process improvements to boost production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Document production activities and report to supervisors regarding any anomalies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and strategies.
• Assist in conducting quality assurance tests on finished products.
• Maintain records of production output and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal qualifications in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals are advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience working as a Capsule Maker or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
